For Microsoft Word

Most of these shortcut keys can be used for any Windows 95 and 98 software.
Try them, if they work in your software, they will save a lot of time.


Ctrl+A   Highlights all
Ctrl+B   Turns Bold off and on
Ctrl+C   Copy to clipboard
Ctrl+D   Display Fonts Box
Ctrl+E   Turns on Center Justification
Ctrl+F   Displays Find and Replace Box "Find tab"
Ctrl+G   Displays Find and Replace Box "Go tab"
Ctrl+H   Displays Find and Replace Box  "Replace tab"
Ctrl+I   Turns Italics off and on

Ctrl+J   Turns on Full Justification
Ctrl+K   Hyperlink Window

Ctrl+L   Turns on Left Justification
Ctrl+M   Tabs current line
(Indents from beginning of line one tab space each time it is used)
Ctrl+N   New Document
Ctrl+O   Displays Open window
Ctrl+P   Displays Print window
Ctrl+R   Turns on Left Justification
Ctrl+S   Saves Document
Ctrl+T   Moves Tab at Cursor
Ctrl+U   Turns off and on Underline
Ctrl+V   Paste clipboard
Ctrl+W   Closes current Document
Ctrl+Y    Adds line space to end of document
Ctrl+Z   Backspaces last character
Ctrl+1   Single space lines
Ctrl+2   Double space lines
Ctrl+5   1.5 space lines
Alt+A   Displays Table Menu
Alt+E   Displays Edit Menu
Alt+F   Displays File Menu
