Welcomes Mike Newell of
Senior Net
The Vero Beach Computer Group welcomes Mike Newell who will talk to us about
Senior Net at the General Meeting of the Vero Beach Computer Group at our December
General Meeting. The Meeting will take place on Tuesday, December 4 at Christ by the
Sea United Mist Church on AIA, just north of BeachIand Boulevard in Vero Beach
starting at 7:00 PM. Mike will describe in detail the Senior Net organization, its mission
and: accomplishments since its foundation in Vero Beach. He will describe the various on going
programs available to our senior citizens.to improve their computer skills. Mike was
with IBM for 30 years in various sales and marketing management positions. He managed
marketing programs for the PC Division of IBM in the middle eighties and was with EMC
for four years as Vice President of Marking. He started Senior Net of Vero Beach in
1996.
